PLAY RUGBY
Rugby is a great way to get into shape or to stay that way. Practice is two or three times a week in Fredericksburg and games are on Saturdays,
lasting 80 minutes. You don't think you're fit enough to play? Don’t worry, we’ll get you into rugby shape. Practice is on Tuesdays and
Thursdays at 6:30 PM. See the practice schedule for directions and information or our match schedule
to find out about games. Check out the rugby specific gym workout for our team to help you get fit.
No Experience Needed
The players and coaches are friendly towards new recruits, and are willing to teach you everything you need to know to play. All shapes, sizes, and
experience levels are welcome to come out at any time during the season. All you have to do is show up at practice and introduce yourself. Check out
our Rugby Primer to learn a little more about the game.
Make Great Friends, Have Great Times
Rugby is a friendly, social sport. Many players make lifelong friends, and teammates are always willing to extend a helping hand. After matches,
opposing teams meet up at a social for food, drinks, rugby talk, and to just have a great time.
The Fall Season is in Session!
We are actively seeking new players and coaches for our men's and women's teams for this season. Practice started on August 5th, but it's
never too late to come out for the season. Go to our practice page for updates on how to make practice. Coaches,
