Alright.. the concensus I get from most of the people is that we are leaning towards a hotel. I have blocked off 5 rooms at the Country Inn & Suites in Port Wentworth, GA. 8 miles from Downtown Savannah. The rooms are $76/$175/$175 a night 3/15-3/16-3/17 respectively. Thats $142 a night for the whole weekend. Cancellation policy is 4pm on day of arrival. I have my credit card on all five rooms so call them and change the information one of the other 4 rooms if you need one. Phone number is 912-964-2300. Reservations are under Bovan and confirmation numbers are 84156(my room), 84157, 84158, 84159, and 84160. Change any of the last four and let me know if you change them. Each room is a two queen beds so suggest stacking them up. I will cancel all remaining rooms my name other than the 1 room i need on 9 March. Thanks.
Also.. if you still want to stay in the Duplex. You can call Mike from Mary Washington team at 757-376-1831. They have 24 guys splitting the duplex for $1600 dollars.

: As far as hotels: The ones in the city will have jacked up rates. The ones in the surrounding cities will have decent rates, but hotels are significantly less plush. Are we going to try and stay in the same hotel... or everybody fend for themselves. Pooler, Port Wentworth, and Richmond Hills are all surrounding cities that will have decent rates... and all are from 8 to 15 miles from downtown.
