Summer 7's is Here

Practices will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 to 8:30 or whenever we quit. For the summer, practice will be held jointly with Mary Washington at their rugby pitch. We do practice in the rain and other inclement weather. In the rare cases when practice is cancelled, a team email will be sent, and the practice status page will be updated. If you don't think we'll have practice, contact one of the officers and they'll let you know.

Be a Team Player

Practices start promptly at the designated times, so plan on being ready to go at the start time. That means fully dressed and ready to warm up with the team at that time. Not still putting on your shoes or looking for your mouthguard. If you can't get to practice until late, come when you can, but do your best to support your teammates by being there on time. If you have to miss a practice, let one of the coaches, officers, or captains know.
