Rappahannock Mini Camp: Saturday, 6 March 2010A Mini-Camp will be held on Saturday, 6 March 2010. All players are required to participate. This will be a great day to help the new guys learn the game of Rugby. We will do all kinds of game situations. We will learn Line-outs, scrums, kick-offs, the kicking game, and other game situations. This practice will take place on Falmouth Water Front Park and be prepared to tackle. Be A Team Player!Practice is an important part of developing as a rugby player. Please make every effort to show up to practice a few minutes early to put your cleats on, tape your wrists or ankles, and prepare yourself for practice. We only have the fields scheduled for 2 hours and it is important that we get as much work done as possible in those two hours and that the team is not waiting on players to get ready. If you are going to miss practice, please let one of the officers know who will relay the message that you will not be able to attend. Max participation is needed so the team can get to most out of each and every practice. Thanks for your effort and GO RAPPAHANNOCK RUGBY! |
