    • What equipment will I need?
      • You will need a
        • mouth guard - a regular mouth guard is fine
        • cleats - the best type of cleats for Summer Sevens are molded soccer cleats, but football cleats work also as long as the toe cleat is removed. Try Play It Again Sports on Rte 1 in Fredericksburg beside Giant/Eagle Village for second hand soccer cleats

      • Any other equipment can be purchased at online suppliers like World Rugby Shop or Godek Rugby (based in Fairfax - 2929 Eskridge Rd, Fairfax, VA 22031)
    • What times will practice be at?
